Why Does Healthwick Have Flat-Rate Shipping?

We get asked this question quite often, and there's actually a very good reason behind this decision.

So why do we only offer flat-rate shipping to our customers? The answer is quite simple; because it's more affordable for our shoppers AND it ensures the fastest shipping times possible, which our customers have told us is really important when you need incontinence products asap.

Think back to the last time you mailed a parcel to someone, whether it was within Canada or overseas. Do you remember how much you were charged for shipping? It was most likely a lot more than you were expecting. 

Flat-rate shipping actually saves you money. This shipping setup allows you to order as much as you want without your shipping ever increasing. Regardless of how large your order is, you'll still be charged the normal flat-rate shipping amount and we cover any additional charges.

You might be surprised to know that almost every order costs more to ship than the flat-rate $9 to $16.

This shipping setup also allows us to ship as quickly as we do. The flat-rate shipping rate you pay goes towards making sure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Most orders within the GTA arrive within 1 to 2 business days.

While gas prices and global shipping costs continue to increase, we'll continue to work towards finding the lowest cost options we can for incontinence and home health products, as our committment to helping our customers get the best possible value.
