Totally saved my face and trousers five times on flight from Canada via Paris to LHR-Heathrow England. Absorbed all 5 leaks without making me feel wet or moist-unbelievably effective. I found the only drawback on the two flights was that the adhesive tapes were not sticky enough to withstand more than 3 refastenings….nice to be warned to wear a snug fitting pair of underwear…I think that advice came from a Reddit post, not from the manufacturer, though it would be helpful to have that advice from the manufacturer’s sheet showing how to wear the diapers. Also advice from another post on iPad advised pulling out the diaper full length plus a bit more taut and then ruffling the absorptive middle section of the outstretched diaper before putting it on—this makes it much more flexible and for sure improves the amount urine absorbed—-also fits more snugly than just taking the diaper out and putting it on as is straight from the packet. Megamax diapers are to be highly recommended, and they are not obvious with a snug pair of underwear. However not recommended for jeans wear. Best to wear your looser pants.

My hips as i measured are 35 inches so logically i bought the mediums but they ended up being way too big for me. They are really absorbent though and the diaper is great for the rest really

Made very well great fit do not leak. And if you dress right not noticeable that you’re wearing them.

I've been a customer of megamax healthwick here for 2 years. And this is the best diaper I've ever used. Their absorption is brilliant. The landing pad and the extra wide tapes are phenomenal.They hold like nobody's business. You wouldn't be able to read, attach them after a little while of being stuck.But who cares once it's done, it's done.Great. They don't tear easily, and I don't have to use duck tape on them. Like I have with other diapers i've used. My own complaint is the pink, which is my favourite colour, is $23 more expensive than the white diapers. Where is in the state?They are all the same price. Other than that no complaints.

These are a fantastic product that I purchased for my mother. They are very absorbent, and prevent a lot of odour. I’m not sure why so many companies in Canada do not offer XXL sizing for an incontinence brief, but the ones that do, do not hold a comparison to these. They are expensive and difficult to find the funds for seniors receiving government assistance. Aside from that, these are wonderful, I just wish they were a bit more affordable.

Found megamax diapers to protect well, tapes hold very good, and I find them to be comfortable.

These briefs are perfect for night time use. Sometimes my mother wakes me up if she is feeling wet, but in this brief she slept all night. I did order a sample one, but I have since put in an order for the tied died ones. I am sure my mother will love the design.

I've been trying many different brands of diapers and this one is by far the comfiest. You can barely tell it's on half the time. The absorption is great and doesn't leak badly when put through lots of motion. It also has one of the best moisture wicking out of many other brands. If it's not badly wet, you can barely feel the moisture. For size, I'd say it's pretty close to true fit if not a little big. I usually wear size 2-4 pants and the small fits just fine but definitely plenty of room.

Been great for day time use and overnight protection aswell love these alot!!

By far the best for heavy nighttime urination. Having color options is nice too for adults as it visually looks less like a diaper vs others we’ve used.

The Northshore products are a very big step above typical diapers and the Mega Max program is outstanding for comfortable fit, absorbing power, and security. I wish I could access them through our provincial aids to daily living program (Alberta 😞) as the “premium” product there is Abri-form M4. They simply don’t compare to Mega Max. Here’s why:
Better cut design
Better quality construction
Superior absorption
Superior tapes (M4 are very poor now)
Secure overnight protection
Outstanding wicking for comfortable long wear

The one downside for Canadians is the price and possible trade war.

Best diapers on market

This is the first adult diaper that has fit me perfectly which I am so grateful for. Amazing tapes, great design, and super comfy especially with the snug waterproof cover. Best diaper I've tried thus far and holds everything amazingly, no complaints.

I have been incontinent since 1978 and the Megamax diapers have to be the best ever. The fit, the quality of the tape tabs are second to none. Finally a dependable diaper for those times when you need the ultimate in protection and comfort.

All in all great product, would love if they made a slimmer version with all the exact same components unlike the options currently available that have a different padding
