In keeping with our commitment to your privacy, Healthwick ships all products in discreet cardboard boxes. 

The outside of the box will NOT have:

• Manufacturer's Name or Logo (ie TENA, Abena, etc)
• Product Name, Description

The outside of the box MAY have:

• Box dimensions (ie 12x6x9)
• Box manufacturer (ie Uline)
• Unidentifiable SKU/numbers or Barcodes

All shipping address labels simply read "Britnell", Healthwick's parent company.

Our packages are rigorously tested in the Canada Post system to ensure that they arrive to you in good condition as well as in good time.

Please note: Pick Up orders may be in the original manufacturers box unless specified otherwise by the client.
