Today's Review: Abena Abri-Flex M3 Premium Underwear

First Impression: When I opened my first pack of M3 Premiums I was impressed with‎ how thick the absorbing material was on these pull-ups compared to other pull-up brands. It is obvious that this product was designed for heavy incontinence.

Fit: While most incontinence products give you the feeling of wearing a diaper I found that the M3 didn't. From the time I first put it on to when I took it off, I found the M3s to be very comfortable to‎ wear. They just felt like a snug pair of underwear only with a little extra padding. Wet or dry the M3 stayed in place. I did wear a pair of boxer shorts over top as I always do but I did not find that the M3s sag in any way unlike many other pull-up brands.

Absorbency: I have found with the M3 that full voids will start leaking around the second or third wetting. Considering how thick the M3 is I was surprised that they were leaking so soon. I then tried holding back a little and having smaller but more frequent wettings and the M3 performed the way that I thought that it should. With smaller urinations I was able to wear this pull up for almost 9 hours before it started showing signs of failure. I have rarely had this products to the point of leaking but do notice that as it becomes more saturated that it does stary to make clothing damp.

Odor: ‎considering that there is no plastic shell to hold everything in the M3 seemed to have no obvious smells.

The Abena Abri-Flex M3 Premium has become my go-to ‎everyday product. It can be discreetly worn under clothes, is able to go for long periods of time and is very comfortable to wear. The only way that I can see to improve this product would be to put a plastic shell or moisture guard on it for that added protection.
