It’s that time of year again! The weather is getting colder, Christmas decorations are coming out, and many people have started their holiday shopping for their friends, family, and loved ones. In this new world of COVID-19, more people than ever are online shopping for gifts this year.
We ship all our Healthwick orders with Canada Post or UPS. Shipping companies are going to be extra busy this year, and both Canada Post and UPS are anticipating delays.
If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s to expect the unexpected! Unfortunately this means we cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time. However, based on information from Canada Post and UPS, December 11th is our best estimate for arrival on or prior to December 24th.
We will always do our best to ensure you receive your products promptly, and we appreciate your patience and understanding this holiday season. If you have any questions or need any help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
Direct Billing Orders
If you are a direct billing customer, we may be shipping your order out a day or two early to ensure you receive your regular order without delay. For more information, please contact us.
Automatic Orders
If you are enrolled in our free automatic delivery program, our customer care team may be reaching out with you to discuss shipping and delivery dates.
To ensure you receive your order on time and that you will have enough product for the holiday season, we will be asking you if you’d like to have your order shipped early to avoid any potential delays.
You can also opt to have extra product added to your order. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Online or By Phone Orders
Customers that place their order online or by phone should ensure they place their orders in advance to avoid any potential delays caused by the holiday season. As mentioned above, we recommend that you place your order by December 11th for delivery on or before December 24th. Unfortunately, we will not be able to guarantee any delivery dates at this time.

Healthwick Holiday Closures
Our office and warehouse will be closed on certain days so that our staff can enjoy time with their families. On these dates, our customer service team will be unavailable and our warehouse will not be shipping out orders. All inquiries and orders will be promptly responded to when our warehouse and office reopen. Please contact us to learn more about holiday closures.
