It works!

Pros:
Overall, the enema bag was easy to fill and easy to use.
Price is affordable.
Shipping was fast.
Con:
The end of the hose has two holes; one in front and one on the side. The opening in the front is big, making the flow of the solution go in fast, may cause cramping or not depends on your body. To control the speed, I had to clamp the middle part of the hose with my fingers since I want a gentle flow.

I didn't use the solution that was provided so I can't give feedback.

This is my first DIY enema kit, I've only used a machine previously, at a Naturopath's office. This was a better solution for cost & privacy.

The Best Enema Ever

I had the best enema ever using Healthwick's Medline Enema Kit. I loved how easy it was to use and how small and convenient it is for travelling to. It has a nice smooth flow and with an extra long hose to so I could have a nice deep cleanse to which was so refreshing. It is simply the best experience I ever had when it comes to enemas and it leaves me for wanting to have them a lot more often. I have been doing enemas for over 25 years now and by far this is the best product that I have ever used in my life and I will continue to use and buy this product and maybe even some of the other products to!
