These are my favourite pull-ups that I've tried. The material is softer than most others, and they absorb almost as much as Tranquility Overnights, while being softer on my sensitive skin. I only use them in bed, as I am continent but bedbound, so I don't know how they do when moving. However, I find that they leak a little bit on an average pee, and a lot on a large one (which is where Tranquility would fare marginally better). So for me, it's not a huge issue, as I use disposable underpads under them, but for folks who need to use them on the go, I could see that being a problem.
It might depend on how snug they fit around your legs, which is where they leak on larger pees. But on smaller ones they do leave a damp spot underneath the bum, so I think they aren't the most water-proof. Fine for me, but not great for incontinent folks on the go.

Good in general but Im high waisted so they dont come up high enough for me. It would be nice to have a higher waisted option.

Finally a product that I can wear day and night. Still have occasional leaks at the sides during the day, but I can now go out without a pocket or purse full of products.

These pull-ups are very comfortable to wear and breathable without being too bulky. They hold up for a decent amount of time for me during the day and are discreet if I need to go out in public or be around others. They work well at night too. Overall I am satisfied with this product so far.

I have struggled with heavy day and night urge and stress incontenence due to surgical scarring. Finding store bought underwear was a joke. For years I have always been concerned about leaks, bulges, and absorbancy. I stressed about where the washroom was, could I get there in time, and what if I didn’t make it. Excellent product . Tried the other top brand names ... nothing compares to Tena . Would highly recommend this product. Delivered right to my door also , which is a major bonus .

Great product, fit well, easy to remove. Delivery came a week late with Covid, so would recommend you have your order sent a week earlier to accommodate delays in shipping at this time. Great service on phone and great product.

This garment is cool to wear and it has lots of absorbent padding. Especially in the back. It is comfortable and I have not yet experienced any leaks. It seems to be just as effective as the Abena product but a little less bulky. I have also worn it during the day and found it to be effective and comfortable. This product may become my first choice for night time and day time.

I switched from Tena Ultimate to Tena Overnight underwear a few months ago and haven't looked back! The overnight are an improvement on the ultimate underwear and have many of the same features (comfortable fit, leg gatherers, etc) and adds increased absorbency. I have not had any issues with leaks with this while sleeping (something that would happen rarely with the ultimate) , and would recommend to anyone.
