Lille Supremfit All-in-One Maxi Briefs

I recently tried the Lille Supremefit diapers and found them to be a mixed bag in terms of usability and discretion. While they are reasonably comfortable and offer decent absorbency, making them suitable for extended wear, I encountered some issues during social situations. Specifically, when wearing them at friends' houses, I noticed they are quite noisy, which can be a bit embarrassing. This was highlighted during a visit when my friend Leanna pointed out the sound, making it a slightly awkward experience. Despite their effectiveness, the lack of discretion due to the noise factor is something to consider if you're planning to wear them in social settings.

I do like these for my Mom. I adjust the size properly each evening and she sleeps in peace all night.
Come morning, diaper is soaked and heavy but she, clothes, bed are dry.
I never see her fidgeting with them so they are comfortable.

I have urine rentention wich leads to my incontinence being always in big amounts of liquid and these are a life saver. They are discreet for the day time when I go to work but also hold up great and rarely leak wich helps me feel more confident in going out. I have looked for good incontinence products for ages cause I have a urine volume of about 1000ml all at once and these are the most sturdy, cost efficient, leak proof and subtle ones i have found. It has given me my freedom back.

I currently put my wife in the heaviest Tranquility, (pull-up/tear off) type diaper with an additional booster pad. She still wakes up every morning wet from her knees to her shoulder blades. I purchased these in the hopes that the claimed capacity (double the Tranquility + booster pad) would keep her dry and save a lot of laundry including a washable underpad. However the lack of elastic around the waist and leg openings results in leaking which is no better than the Tranquility. If they made them as elastic pull-ups I would by them in a heartbeat. Though they may be slightly cheaper than the Tranquility + booster pad, the difficulty of putting them on with the tape closure is not worth the savings.

I recently purchased these to try with my 29 year old son who is disabled. He's used Tenas to this point and will likely continue to use them for day support. However, for overnights and for longer periods of time such as long car rides, etc. we will definitely start using the Lille briefs. We lost our water this past weekend, and using the Lille briefs meant less changing during this period until we had running water again. I can see these coming in quite handy and will definitely order more.

Great absorbency, good odour control and excellent price.

Both Tena stretch ultra and this product cost $1 each, but Tena can hold 800ml and this product hold 1500 ml in practical use for number 1 for medium size. However, it is true that the tab becomes lose after 4 hour and odour will come out after 6 hour. If you change this as frequently as a Tena stretch, which is 4 hour, both tab and odour won’t be a problem. Alternatively, if you want to fill the product, you can use abena fixing pants (abri-fix) to hold it in place and or plastic pant to contain odour.

These aren't bad, but they aren't great. They fit a lot smaller than most "medium" sized diapers, so make sure to check your size before ordering. They don't suppress the urine smell very well, so don't expect these to be an extended wear diaper. Absorbency is quite good though, and the fit is good around the waist and legs.

These diapers were able to hold quite a bit, although I did have issues with them shifting around while sleeping.

Good tabs and able to re-tape after any adjustments. They are very quiet and able to be discreet under clothing. I wear these at night and during the day.

Roughly in early 2018 Lille changed their sizing.. Have used this product for many years and
was always satisfied. Having lost my bladder to cancer I needed a diaper like this for overnight. With sizing change my "average" 34cm waist was to much for their"medium" sizing. Now use the "large" which is just to big. Hope they reconsider and modify.

They have changed to a different style. I found the original ones were the most comfortable with no leaks (for me). It's a thinner diaper but with more absorbent material. The diaper is shorter (by 2" for mediums) than the original ones which is NOT good. VERY uncomfortable. I would rather the possibility of someone noticing the diaper and be comfortable than be uncomfortable all day. The thinner material bunches up in spots which never happened before. So now it's looks like I am wearing a full diaper only after moving around for a short period of time. I am considering trying the large size for the new style but I know the old style were too large so if these don't work I may have to switch brands again. Hopefully someone from Lille sees these reviews and takes them into consideration

Small Leaks from the sides at night. The absorbency on the front is inadequate for an adult male but much better than most other briefs. An above average diaper I would recommend for a man with larger belly than waistline. the addition of a booster pad and comfort pants is a good combination for bedtime to reduce leaks.

I have only one usable hand, so I found these briefs IMPOSSIBLE to get on.( I never did get the second pair of tabs fastened). The padding is are big and bulky.

My mother's incontinence increased and we tried samples for the night. She finds them comfortable and very absorbent. Only downside, she finds that the smell is strong in the morning.

Was impressed with this brief. First experience with it was when my loved one was hospitalized, staff used them. Could be worn for an extended amount of hours due to its ability to hold a large amount of liquid. Definitely a premium product. Highly recommended.

A very good diaper that I highly recommend especially if you only need moderate protection. The advantages are: can't even tell that your wearing a diaper, can easily adjust, very discrete, quiet, nice design, roomy inside
Disadvantages: not as good for heavy overnight wetting, hard to get snug fit, cloth backing tends to loosen over time.

I order these by accident as diper are hard to put on when your single and have mild cp they leaked through after 2 pee's my average is 200ml so that total 400ml compared to there claim of 1900ml I hope there briefs are better then this

This product has a big, tall... rear end. Which is fine! More room for absorbing. The tapes are strong. The diaper itself is comfy. But as I wore it through the night, I was a bit concerned about it moving around a bit. I did however wake up with a dry bed, and full diaper. Still room at the top of either side, and there was the fill line underneath that was filled blue about 90% of the way. So that is good. It wasn't completely full. That's rare for me. I really liked this product for sure!!

I'm a 32 waist and they barely fit. I wouldn't recommend buying a small if you are any bigger. That said even for a small it still felt like the best diaper I've tried. Will probably try mediums, but still liked how the smalls felt. Only improvement could be bigger tapes.

I have tried so many briefs, and found none of them were absorbent enough for my mother. I was at my wits end, until my sister brought a package of Lille. For the first time I woke up the next morning, and found both my mother and the bed pads completely dry. The inside padding is also soft enough for anyone who has bed sores like my mother. I, also love the small elastic on the front of the brief which keeps the brief in place whenever she moves, and expands for any swelling of the stomach. The only thing I would change to make Lille briefs even better would be to make the tabs wider(keep the same length), and more elastic on the leg gathers.

VERY SOLID PRODUCT AND REASONABLE PRICE, THE TABS WILL LOOSE SOME OF THEIR HOLD AFTER ABOUT 8 HOURS IF UN-USED BY THAT TIME. ALSO WORTH POINTING OUT THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY BRIEFS I'VE TRIED WHERE THE PADDING STAYED IN PLACE FROM START TO FINISH. MAJOR PROPS TO THEM FOR MASTERING THAT!!!

I have warn and tried many different diapers of all sorts of styles and types, and these are easily my favourite. The fit of the diaper is perfect for me. I have fairly big glutes and thighs, and Lille are able to work well with that. The tapes are strong and easily replaceable The absorbency is one of the best for Cloth backed diapers. Lastly, the look of them is nice too with the little suns all over. Doesn't look so medical. I would wear them everyday.

HUGE CAPACITY FOR WETTING, snug and comfy fit, very tick padding, great tabs, full coverage! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A+++++

This is my favorite diaper hands down. I used to religiously buy these in my hometown until the store who sold them stopped. The fit is absolutely perfect, it is comfy, and it has great absorbency and thickness. Most would be self conscious wearing this diaper in public, but I have no issues with it. It's cloth backed and not too loud. I also like the Suns on it :). I would recommend to anyone ! Most underrated diaper !

I hadn't heard of this brand before I requested a sample here. I was pleasantly surprised. These are some of the most comfortable briefs I have tried. Both the exterior and interior are really soft and comfortable. The absorbancy is average to above average. Discretion wise, they may be a bit bulky for daytime wear. Overall, a real winner and find within my last order.

Trying to find the right product for the warm temperatures and although this is a good product, for my 340lb body type, it felt like I was wearing a thong due to the padding being not as wide as other brands like Abena.
