Lille Supremfit All-in-One Maxi Briefs

I recently tried the Lille Supremefit diapers and found them to be a mixed bag in terms of usability and discretion. While they are reasonably comfortable and offer decent absorbency, making them suitable for extended wear, I encountered some issues during social situations. Specifically, when wearing them at friends' houses, I noticed they are quite noisy, which can be a bit embarrassing. This was highlighted during a visit when my friend Leanna pointed out the sound, making it a slightly awkward experience. Despite their effectiveness, the lack of discretion due to the noise factor is something to consider if you're planning to wear them in social settings.

I do like these for my Mom. I adjust the size properly each evening and she sleeps in peace all night.
Come morning, diaper is soaked and heavy but she, clothes, bed are dry.
I never see her fidgeting with them so they are comfortable.

I have urine rentention wich leads to my incontinence being always in big amounts of liquid and these are a life saver. They are discreet for the day time when I go to work but also hold up great and rarely leak wich helps me feel more confident in going out. I have looked for good incontinence products for ages cause I have a urine volume of about 1000ml all at once and these are the most sturdy, cost efficient, leak proof and subtle ones i have found. It has given me my freedom back.

I currently put my wife in the heaviest Tranquility, (pull-up/tear off) type diaper with an additional booster pad. She still wakes up every morning wet from her knees to her shoulder blades. I purchased these in the hopes that the claimed capacity (double the Tranquility + booster pad) would keep her dry and save a lot of laundry including a washable underpad. However the lack of elastic around the waist and leg openings results in leaking which is no better than the Tranquility. If they made them as elastic pull-ups I would by them in a heartbeat. Though they may be slightly cheaper than the Tranquility + booster pad, the difficulty of putting them on with the tape closure is not worth the savings.

I recently purchased these to try with my 29 year old son who is disabled. He's used Tenas to this point and will likely continue to use them for day support. However, for overnights and for longer periods of time such as long car rides, etc. we will definitely start using the Lille briefs. We lost our water this past weekend, and using the Lille briefs meant less changing during this period until we had running water again. I can see these coming in quite handy and will definitely order more.
