Holiday Shipping and Canada Post

It's that most wonderful time of the year again!

A quick reminder that Canada Post has now extended their holiday delivery hours to include evenings and weekends in select areas. That means that your order may arrive on a Saturday or Sunday, or after 6pm any day of the week.

If you're concerned about not being home to receive your delivery, there are a couple of options:

1) Request "DO NOT CARD - LEAVE AT DOOR" on your order. We'll place this information in the label of your shipment, and the Canada Post delivery person will leave the parcel at your door if there is a safe place to do so. While this isn't guaranteed, this seems to work about 90% of the time.

Important note: if you request your parcel is left at the door, neither Healthwick nor Canada Post is responsible for loss or damage after delivery.

2) Use Canada Post's Flex Delivery. Canada Post can provide you with a convenient local pickup location for your order. Simply register online and choose a local address close to you. You'll be given a virtual PO Box address that you can use to place your order on Healthwick. Canada Post will deliver your order to your Flex Delivery address for you to pick up at your convenience. Click here to register at www.canadapost.ca

Hint: This is also a really good option if you want your deliveries to be completely discreet from family or roommates at the same address.
