Our 11,000 sq ft warehouse, located in Oakville, Ontario, is stocked with thousands of products that are ready to ship. If you place your in-stock order before 12:00pm EST, we’ll ensure your order is shipped out that same day. Same day shipping ensures that your order will be on your doorstep as quickly as possible, so you don’t have to wait long for the products you need. Most orders in the GTA arrive the next day!
There are a few items that are considered special order, like wound care items, catheters, compression socks, and mobility aids, that are not always in-stock.
If one of the items in your order is not in-stock, we’ll contact you immediately to let you know and give you a fast time frame for when they’ll ship.
Discretion is very important to many of our customers, and your privacy is very important to us. We ship all orders in plain cardboard boxes that do NOT have a manufacturer's logo (i.e. TENA, Abena, etc.) or any details about the products inside. So no one, except for you, will know what is being delivered to your door.
As an added measure of privacy, all our shipping labels read “Britnell”, Healthwick’s parent company, instead of Healthwick Canada.
Also, we never, ever mail catalogues or promotional materials or catalogues to your home, so only you know you’re doing business with us.
