Tranquility TopLiner Contour Booster-Pads

I use these top liners with tape-up briefs when I am unsure of the next convenient opportunity to change. They provide an added level of confidence against leaks, are comfortable to wear, and although they add some bulk, I would highly recommend them.

I find that this product greatly extends the life of my incontinence brief. For me adhesive would not only restrict the mode of use but also damage the brief thereby decreasing its life. The flow through feature assures protection and it is very comfortable to wear.

I use these products on my sister, who is severely developmentally delayed, incontinent, and unable to take care of her own personal hygiene. Therefore, I am installing and removing the pads in a diaper on someone else. The pads themselves are great in all but one crucial way. Without glue to hold them in place, it is brutally hard to position them on a standing person while diapering them.
In the morning, the soaked pads flop around and often touch my hands and arms as I try to remove my sister's diaper and booster pad. I have no interest in being touched by a pad soaked in my sister's urine. A simple glue strip, like the one on your rectangular pads, would turn this product into one I would wholeheartedly endorse.
As it stands, these may work fine for someone installing and removing them on themselves (I don't actually know that, but I can see how it's possible), but for anyone caring for someone else, they are awkward, frustrating and disgusting to use. I will not purchase them again unless they are updated to include adhesive.

Placed Tranquillity Top Liner Booster Pads inside Tranquility Premium Overnight Disposable Absorbent Underwear as directed by instructions at 11pm. By 3:30am pyjama bottom wet, undershirt wet, pyjama sweatshirt wet all around waist, top sheet wet, vinyl underpad wet, blanket damp for 3rd consecutive night. Same results with TENA Overnight Briefs and Tranquility Booster Pads.
Any more suggestions?

It is a good product, especially if taking long car rides or waiting in physicians offices for appointments.
