I have no issues with this product at all. Absorption level isn’t a priority here. If there were pads that covered the back end, we would use those. I only gave it four stars because we really need a 3X but I felt like I struck gold when I actually found a 2X (which was quite difficult to find, but did after online searching) and he doesn’t want to wear the ones with tabs at the side (only thing available in 3X and above) so he squeezes into the 2X. If it just had about 2inches more height in the back, it would be a perfect product.
