I find these to be a decent diaper for daytime use. The stretch panels have a velcro-style strip that is the full height of the panel, so it holds place extremely well. This diaper doesn't have the greatest absorbency, and lacks the stand-up leak guards you will find in many other diapers. But the elastic gathers around the legs fit me extremely well, so I haven't had any issues with leaks unless I've been sitting and the front is already wet enough that it can't hold much. This diaper is great for an active person though, as it conforms to my body as move and doesn't lose it's hold. Unless you're wearing some type of fixing garment you'll find this diaper tends to sag quite a bit. As long as you're changing often enough, you will appreciate the fit - but the extra changes required make this diaper more expensive on a day-to-day basis than if you just went with a better non-stretch diaper like the Tena Slip Active Fit.

We used these at the hospital with my husband and after trying a few different types since my husband has been home, these are still the best for overnight. The Tena Ultra stretch are absolutely the best briefs for my husband and piece of mind for me.

Installing the product is very difficult with only limited use of my hands. For me installation would mean another person helping me.
For me slip on diapers are preferred.

they have a nice fit that can be re adjusted and put into place again, great product works on many different size people. holds lots and does not leak.

I use these regularly, they are absorbent enough to last for about 4-5 hours and they are thin enough to easily wear at work. Great for a day time diaper.

I usually wear a size large diaper. but with these I easily fit into a medium. The benefit of that is I get a snug fit diaper that is very quiet and discreet, yet still very absorbent. I use these as a day time use diaper when discretion is a concern.
