Tena slip active fit is the best of all diapers that i bought. It has all quality that People are looking for.

I am fairly young person and hesitated to try this product as it is basically a "diaper", but needed something when toilets are not available. It is so much more comfortable and better than any pad or design pant type product that is available. The leg cuffs go snugly high between legs. The cover is very smooth and soft and does not bother even when being active. I use it sometimes in situations when toilet is not available or at night. It contains all urination during whole night. I once let go at least 4 full voids sleeping in a tent at camping trip and still felt dry and comfortable in the morning. I would recommend it also to use during pregnancy if cannot sleep at all because frequent urination. I never have had any leak no matter how much let go and no odors.

This is a strong standout in the Tena brand. The plastic backing is far more comfortable than the synthetic cloth back versions. No chaffing as a result. The fit is excellent. The diaper is also discreet in terms of thickness and noise without sacrificing absorbency. Strong tapes ensure fit remains constant even after a day’s activities. Price is reasonable for what you’re getting.

Over the thousands and thousands of diapers I've had to wear over the years, I always come back to these. These are by far the best fitting, most discreet, super absorbent diapers by a large margin. There are diapers that can hold more volume, but none that are as thin and quiet as these. These are my first choice for a diaper to wear when I'm out with friends or doing anything where I am active. I can wear these under jeans or under dress pants for work and still feel confident that I'm the only one who knows I have a bladder that can let go at any moment. These perform exceptionally well with large bursts of urine. They also do a fantastic job of absorbing the smell. The only downside I can really say is that the plastic of the side panels does get hot sometimes, but that's not unique to wearing these. All in all, this is the diaper that I feel the most "normal" in at the end of the day.and isn't that what we all want?

Best fit for an active person. Backing is very soft and noiseless . These briefs can absorb lots and hold their shape!

One more thing to add about this great product that I didn't notice before: I'm not sure if it's intentional in the design or just a welcome fluke, but there doesn't seem to be any "flat butt" created by these. They seem to have a slight indentation down the centre of the rear that creates a much more natural appearance under clothing than some other products. When combined with the incredibly quiet plastic backing that I commented on in the first review, it adds up to an especially discrete product that works and fits extremely well. Well done Tena!

I’m 44 years old, in excellent health and am very active. But, I have a weak/leaky bladder – sometimes very leaky. I read about Tena Slip Active Fit and how they are thin, super quiet, and fit incredibly well. Although I was hesitant to try plastic backed briefs, I'm incredibly glad I did. These are quieter than some cloth backed products I’ve tried, and because they have a very compressed matting, they sort of form fit to you and they plastic backing holds that shape perfectly. The absorbency is instantaneous and there’s no sense of feeling wet afterwards. The tapes are also very strong and are easy to re-attach. If I could change one thing, I’d love to have a “medium” absorbency version that’s a little less bulkier, but that’s nitpicking. I don’t care that these cost more – they’re worth it. Fantastic product.

I bought these for a trip I was about to take. I needed briefs that were comfortable, absorbent, and discrete. Out of the package, these briefs are thin. The rise on the front and back is low, which allows them to be easily hidden under pants or even underwear. Crinkling is minimal, relative to other brands, and the plastic is really soft. And the tapes have held extremely well, so far.
Regarding absorbancy, I tried these at work before going on vacation. These briefs can last the whole work day. However, because these briefs swell a lot as they get wet, discreteness may become a bigger concern than leaking, as these briefs approach their limit. It gets harder to walk the longer these briefs are used. I will also recommend that if you are between sizes, you go for the larger size.
I have tried many briefs, and these are my new favourite, because of their discreteness, comfort, absorbancy, and reliability.
