These pads are absorbent enough.
However they are not very large in size - not large enough to use one at a time for medium and larger sized people. You will need to use multiple at once. There is no adhesive backing, so they are prone to slipping and crumpling.
If the person being cared for is bed bound, these cause issues. They do not have tensile strength, so if you need to pull it out from under someone you are caring for, the pads stretch, ripc and explode little pieces of absorbent material everywhere which is hard to clean up.
If the person being cared for is small and doesn’t move in their bed very much, these should be fine. However for medium and larger people who do move in their bed, I do not recommend it.
