Initially bought these as the photo appears to indicate these are pull-on brief.
Was disappointed to find they have the velcro strips for self adjusting and putting on the pad.
I cannot do that unassisted. I prefer the pull-up underwear for independent living.

I've tried other products. These are the best by far. I would recommend these to anyone. One small issue tho, they can feel slippery when sitting. Wish the outside was a little different.

The part that covers the cheeks should be larger not just extended attachments. There is still leakage on the sides

So far of the samples that I have ordered this has been my number one. The only problem I have it that it is so difficult to put it on yourself. I try to open the tabs and secure them, then try to put them on like underwear. I like the fact that they have absorbency beyond just a center strip, and they are cloth like on the outside. Plastic is just too darn slippery and dangerous getting in and out of a too high bed. If this came in underwear form I would be over the moon,

Large Velcro strips make it easier to tighten and adjust if needed and if you struggle with hand dexterity they're big enough to re-position vs. the other undergarments with small tabs that usually are no good after one use.
