3M Tegaderm™ Silicone Foam Dressing features a multi-layer design that effectively absorbs and evaporates moisture, adapting to varying exudate levels to maintain an optimal healing environment. Its gentle silicone adhesive allows for repositioning without compromising adhesion or causing skin damage, making it suitable for fragile skin and use under compression therapy.
