These are currently my “go to” protection because the value is good and the quality is usually good but inconsistent. They were good for about three years and then started getting sloppy, many batches are now acceptable but when its not… its really not. Searching for an alternative as the diminishijg quality over time has utterly erroded my trust in the future of this brand.

I have been ordering briefs from Healthwick for almost 4 years , the service is fantastic , I live in Nova Scotia and in3 or4 days after ordering the briefs are at my door. I have been using Pervail ,air overnight. They fit and stay fastened, very absorbent. I am very pleased with the product. These are used on my husband who has MS and wears them 24/7, he finds them very comfortable as he is in wheelchair.

Sizing is Off
This is a very absorbent product, however, it is very bulky, exceptionally wide, and ill fitting. The sample that I requested was a S/M which was a little small so when I placed an order, I ordered the M/L. The M/L is gigantic! It almost wraps around twice! This product is not easy to use and the wearer would require assistance getting it on and off. It was definitely not something that we would purchase again. You're better off using a pull-up.

Totally Impressed
Besides being able to hold at least two or three pees each night it's also the easiest one to put on. The adhesive tabs seem more secure than others I tried. Mom has been wearing them for over a year now and I wouldn't dream of changing brands.

Excellent and Underrated
These are the most comfortable briefs I've tried. The stretch sides give these a very comfortable fit, and help the briefs contain and absorb more than other briefs at a comparable price. I use these both day and night, given they are also relatively discrete.

A real relief
This diaper prevents the overflow of urine and its flow on the bed. I am very relieved because my son sleeps easily with this.
The diaper is frankly and easily adjustable on the sides.
