Very comfortable, capable of holding a lot. Not too bulky or noisy, good for daytime or nighttime use.

If on the upper end of the size range, I recommend moving up to the next size.

Very compact

These are excellent diapers. They are thin but still hold a respectable amount. I actually like that they can only take four or five big voids. I don't necessarily want or need to stay in a wet diaper for hours and hours. I have worn the Megamax and they are also awesome. I am slightly built in the lower body so I can wear thick diapers under my clothes without being noticeable. These are almost like plastic underwear, very good!!

Northshore Supreme Brief

I was looking for a lighter weight product than NorthShore's excellent MegaMax to wear for an upcoming vacation where I would be sharing accommodations and wanted something more discrete. The Supreme Brief is indeed a slimmer, lighter product than the MegaMax that I'm more familiar with, but, true to NorthShore's reputation, they punch above their weight. I found them to be a reliable, comfortable diaper that was reasonably slim for the capacity. My only caveat is that the sizing on these runs a bit smaller than their MegaMax or Air Supreme, so if you're at the borderline for a size, you probably want to move upwards.

Another Awesome diaper. A lot thinner then the Mega Max, but holds a lot. I’ve switched from the Mega Max to this one now for night time.
