Molicare Premium Elastic Briefs

I HATE TABS! Molicare always gives me a perfect and comfortable fit. I use them at night, occasionally with Abena abri-lets. These are some of the few brands that last me all night. The North Shores have tabs that would fit someone taller and thinner than me. I love MOLICARE 'elastic' briefs and 'mobile' pullups for their perfect comfort and generous absorbency.

A good daytime brief overall. I have been ysing them for around 4 months now. I use them for during the day, whether it be at work or hiking on days off. Does not offer the nighttime protection of the blue Molicare slip plastic backed briefs. Fasteners don’t refasten well and are basically single use tabs. However they are great for active people. They breath very well and even on an all day hike, they rarely leak when used with a booster. I use them with a tranquility medium or super booster most days unless I know I will be staying close to home or the office.

Incontinence does suck and we have found that as our daughter has grown, we had to try different options to see what fit. If it didn't fit, it was an abysmal failure. As out daughter has grown, we have had to switch diapers to find a solid fit.

General Fit: Our daughter is fully dependant on us for activities of daily living and she is always in a wheelchair. We have found that we have needed a size that is one to two sizes bigger than manufacturers recommendations to ensure no leaks, no matter which diaper or manufacturer.
This specific diaper: For the last while, these diapers have worked well for us. The price is a bit higher, but they have stayed in place through the night - our most difficult time to find a solid fit. These almost always hold a solid seal and have held up well. Like every other diaper we have tried, there is always the odd one that may tear, and we have found these no worse than any other. We have been buying these for at night for a while now and I am about to order another batch.

The rear seams break apart after doing anything like sitting or lifting a leg to tie a shoe allowing leaks and stuffing to fall out. I am happy with the absorbancy but its not for active people as advertised.

I have been using Molicare soft cloth briefs for my son for 3 years and loved them. The new product is awful. The single tab does not keep the brief in place and I have had so many leaks with them. Will not buy again
