Molicare Premium Mobile Underwear

I was excited to see a pull up for active adults as I tend to have issues where the pull up bunches to one side while I’m active leaving me unprotected. I don’t have that issue with the Molicare Mobiles but instead they are very wide in the absorbent section and bunch up.

The legs are very high cut and I had a hard time telling the back from the front as both sides felt “wrong”. The leg openings end just above my hip bone. I also find that the waist rolls down on me more than other brands. But I don’t have a flat stomach which causes waistbands to roll sometimes.

The absorbency is great, no leaks. The absorbency stays where it is supposed to and it doesn’t crumble after a full day of wear. I would recommend these is you enjoy high cut underwear maybe similar to a high waisted bikini or if you need a wider absorbency area.

I am loyal to Molicare pullups for their unusually high comfort and absorbency. I noticed at first that the legs are very high cut and I was concerned about side leaking, but - no problem. They don't leak at the sides and I can wear them all night. A few nights I need an Abena abri-let. I enjoy the high cut legs because they give me increased skin exposure which is extra healthy when I need to be always covered up because of my incontinence. Also at night I wear Molicare 'elastic' briefs. These are also my favourites for their comfort and absorbency.

Average. The cut out is V shape. Leaking occurs.

I can't brag enough on how great the pull ups are. These diapers hold up to a few wettings for me and are extremely comfy. They are the best pull up diaper I have tried. The one negative is you feel it between your legs especially when wet but the protection is there so that wins. Will only buy these from now on.

Well after using a leaky Abena M3 pull up and a surprisingly good but not enough depends fit flex I tried this pull up. And wow it holds everything as I have urge incontinence. Full voids and room for more with no leaks at all. The only small issue is it sags abit but that's fixed with a little tug of the waist band.
