These are top line medium absorbency briefs which are great for day use but add a booster and they are perfect for heavy overnight use. The skin care feature is a bonus that greatly reduces the need to apply diaper cream. The buy-two-packages-get-one-free clearance sale means you get 60 diapers for the price of 40 which reduces your cost per diaper to 67¢ (booster cost not included). I will be buying these! Great value for dollar.
They're not bulky, but super absorbent. Have not had an issue yet. They are comfortable, quiet. I wear during the day due to bowel leakage and I haven't had one issue. Discreet, easy to pull down and up, haven't had a issue with tapes. Highly recommend giving these a try!
