I didn't find them very comfortable; the material was itchy for me. I didn't have much faith in the tapes, but they did hold up when I needed to reposition them. The leak guards are small on these, and when I did leak, it was a torrent rather than a spot. They held two floodings plus one more large wetting before leaking on the fourth. Without an acquisition zone, they bulk up in the middle and give you a pretty serious waddle. With the poor tape design coupled with an elastic waistband only in the back, these diapers wanted to fall off after the second wetting. The BIG design flaw: they didn't pull wetness away from the skin whatsoever. My skin was soaked and in discomfort the whole time. If these were my go-to incontinence product, I'd have endless rashes.
Very soft material with decent absorbency, however the tabs constantly tear off before the full potential of this product is used
I did not have high expectations for this product, as they don't have the greatest name when it comes to quality. I will say this they are soft, very soft. Even compared to Northshores both megamax and air surpreme. I will say they do have a bit of noise or crinkle to them compared to other cloth back. They are a bit bulky so I would not use this for anything other then night time/home use. They are extremely comfortable, they can be refastened for adjustments. HOWEVER the side are very thin that hold the tapes. And one tore, which was my fear. So getting a tighter fit, may be difficult. Being a heavy bladder incont user only they are good for 1 use, I would fear a second use would probably leak. The inner leg guards like to sit down after you put them on, so be mindful. I would still recommend them for people looking for a cheaper option albeit not much cheaper then megamax or air supreme. Still a good option.
I’m disappointed in this product. Side panel material flimsy and rips easily. Tabs at the side have come completely off during the night. Brief has also torn when put on. Not worth the money.
These are literally the worst adult diapers I've tried. The cloth outer cover, while doesn't make your hips sweat, stretches when you sit down.. and when you get up to walk around, they try to fall off. Wasted money.
I had very low expectations, the attends briefs and advanced briefs like Kenton tear at the back seams, releasing the absorbing materials. But on these ones you can barely even tell there are seams and no problems with tearing. Not to mention the feel of them, soft as cotton and not noisy in the least. Great product, definitely worth the price.
This is by far one of the softest diapers I have ever worn - it's almost like silk against your skin. It's a bit thicker than the Attends Extended Wear, but it seems to fit better at the waist and around the legs. The absorbent material extends across the front a bit further, which is great for guys like me who spend a lot of time as a side-sleeper and leak out of almost every diaper at night as a result. The absorbency seems to be pretty decent, albeit nothing like an Abena M4, but it's also half the thickness and much more comfortable to wear. The one thing that is very different about this diaper is that the blue quick-absorbent zone actually extends further up the front than pretty much any other diaper I've used over the years. For guys this is really nice, because it seems to help make it feel less wet. I may make this my preferred night-time diaper because it fits so well and feels so nice against my skin. I think there are better choices for daytime use, but for night these are pretty tough to beat. I would suggest if you are using them as a night-time solution, to follow the sizing guide on the package (and in the pictures here). I would normally buy a medium, but the large is what they recommend in their sizing chart - and I must say the fit is much better than if I had stuck with a medium.
Pleasantly surprised on quality of product. It has high leg guards, wicking layer, plush padding, cloth-like backing, tabs hold very well and very absorbent. Definitely for great overnight use. It is thick an may not be discrete for day-time use but is awesome for extended wear!
These briefs are very comfortable and soft. The tabs hold very well. The absorbancy was among the best I have experienced, and did not feel wet inside when approaching capacity.
If you need high capacity cloth briefs, give these a try! I have tried a few dozen brief types in my time, and these were the best cloth-backed briefs so far.
The product has great absorbency, best I have seen so far.
The issue is with the fasteners they are not strong enough and detached while sleeping.
I have not really been happy with most of Attends other products but this is the best cloth backed brief I've tried so far. With This product you really get what you pay for. I normally wear a plastic backed brief but in the summer I find plastic backed briefs don't hold up well. I tried the Attends Premier brief on a whim and I'm very happy. The brief is very soft and comfortable and absorbs well. It holds a decent amount of urine and contains bowel accidents well. I will definitely be ordering this product for the rest of the summer and probably beyond!
attends finally outdid themselves with this diaper for comfort and overnight protection..the absorbtion rate is great ,way to go attends
Very comfortable and absorbant,at some time I would purchase this product
