Tried these as a sample, will not buy a case. Both Premier and advanced briefs sweat moisture, have no odor control and on the advanced brief, the wings tore from the diaper, opening the diaper up on the inside. Will stick to poly backed!

Good for during the day
I am in wheelchair; this Diaper is good for sitting during the day, but if you move a lot in bed, as I do, this Diaper is not good! The Diaper sticks to the bedding and does not stay on. You will wake up soaked and with wet/soiled sheets. The Diaper is more comfortable than the Tranquility Diapers, but if you want to be secure and dry overnight, find another option.

Not the best..
The diaper inside is nice, but the materials are not good. This diaper easily rips open in the back causing fluff/gel to go everywhere.. the back rips so easily that when using I put tape over the sides connecting to the back so it doesn’t come apart as easy.

Good product
I had major surgery and had wear poise pads for bladder leakage I found I was allergic to them . Ordered the attend diapers and they work great no allergic reaction to them. Thank You
