This diaper is very absorbent.
The plastic is soft and comfortable.
The tapes are strong but if you have to undo and refasten them , they do not always survive or restick very well.
Very comfortable.

Overall very absorbent and work really well, however the strips for attaching the diaper and re-attaching are problematic. They often come apart when PSW is putting them on creating a greater challenge.

Nothing bad to say about this diaper, everything is good quality and well designed. It holds up to it's reputation as one of the best! Hard to think of a better diaper!

Diaper would be amazing if it had a elastic waste band and better tapes

They are soft and supportive. It could be a bit thicker though. I feel I could leak out them.

As a mom of two teenagers, I've found the Abena M4 diapers to be a game-changer for comfort and convenience in my busy life. I am a caregiver, I keep coming back to this product for night time use. My spouse needs the extra absorbency but doesn't like to feel like he is wearing a garbage bag, his words. Even though it is very absorbent I will use a booster at times. If I know it will be on for over 12 hours. My one complaint are the tabs, they are inconsistent. But can get the blue or clear tape to stick. One thing I do notice they are looser in the morning and my spouse doesn't move much.

I am a caregiver and found the M4's are great for overnight with few accidents. I have tried a few brands and we both thought these were more comfortable. He doesn't complain about them at all. It enables us both to sleep through the night.

Softer fit than a different brand and holds more for overnight, up to 12 hours if needed. Tabs are great .

Does what it has to do. Great for the day but lackluster for night. The narrow tapes are alright, but they tend to either rip or lose adhesiveness quicker than other similar products. Northshore supreme lite's are a good comparative product

Ripped on me and did not hold a lot

These are the all time best European diapers I have worn for a reasonable price. Such soft plastic and inner layer. They aren't even that noisy under clothes if that worries you. Thanks Healthwick and thank you Abena.

I couldn't believe how soft this diaper is inside and out. It is super comfortable and can take a few heavy wettings. Hides well under jeans also.

Being fully incontinent these diapers have helped me more times than not. When I have stinky diaper it traps odor inside to the point you don't smell the poop smell. Same with wet diapers. I can go for hours without having to change a wet diaper they hold so much in. Overall great diaper

After trying many different brands, I finally found the right brand for me. They fit very snug and are somewhat slim for how absorbent they are. They work great for fecal incontinence aswell. Only downside is after one urine void they become a bit saggy but get the job done and then some. The tapes are reliable but stretch after extended wearing and need readjustment sometimes.

I have to admit. These diapers are the best I have tried. Inwas scared to sleep, go to work, or just sit on my furniture with the other briefs i have tried. Abena will always be my choice. Thank you so much for giving me my life back

The Abena Abri Form White Foil Comfort Brief is one of the best briefs I have ever tried. I have bowel and bladder incontinence and this brief is great for both. Good for night time and day time use . No leaks and very comfortable. They do make noise but I wear a plastic pant over top and that muffles it perfectly. All in all a very good brief, worth the price.

Very comfortable and absorbent for day time use. Tabs are strong. Very good for day time use but not good for night time if you are a side sleeper.

They never leak and are quite comfortable.

Abena M4 adult diapers are the most absorbent diapers with the least amount of leaks that I have experienced. I don't have that much experience with Adult Diapers as of this moment. But I have tried an off the shelf TENA Brand some years ago which was okay. Then I ordered both these and a higher quality TENA Brand from this website which were great. I would give the Abena M4 adult diapers 4.5 Stars.
All of the other adult diapers leaked after about 1.5 to 2 wettings. And leaked much more as I continued. Abena M4 adult diapers easily take double this amount with very little leaking. And even as I continued the leaking stayed very minimum for another full wetting or more.
I bought the L Size which is the proper size for me. The diapers do fit pretty well for my larger body size. However they are the hardest diapers I have had putting on and adjusting. After the 4th pair I have started to get the grasp of it pretty well. TENA Brand were a little easier. The main problem is you can't adjust these after the fact because the tapes don't come loose.
This website says re-fastenable tapes but I read on forums that I'm not the only one with issues. Others say it works fine. But regardless I tried multiple times and it does not work. I can't complain much though I am happy. As long as I am careful with initially putting the diaper on. Then all is fine. They are discreet enough when dry. But after some use they are large enough to cause some concern if you need to be absolutely discreet. So some warning. The size is realistic for how much they absorb. They simply hold more than any other diaper I have used both urine/fecal.
The tapes are very strong though! *Would buy again*

I just wanted to thank you for your free sample program which allowed me to explore my own needs for free. I was able to try several samples and then select what I needed most: a product that could keep me comfortable during a long international flight of 13.5 hours.
The Abena ABRI form white, the waterproof pants and the 2 free samples of the Tranquility top liner super-plus contour pads made my journey so easy! I put on one Abena Abri-Form White Foil Comfort Briefs with one Tranquility top liner super-plus contour pad and my waterproof pants just before the almost 14 hour flight began.It was hard to wear them by myself and I was in the washroom for so long that my daughter was so anxious and the airline staff were looking for me so I could board the plane first!
To cut a long story short, I had the best experience of my life because the plane toilets are too small and none of the flight attendants bothered to ask me if I needed help to to the washroom. I felt dry even after using it 5 times and at one time I asked my daughter to cover me with her blanket as we removed the top liner and remained with the comfort brief alone. I arrived in Addis Ababa and we were driven straight into our flight to Nairobi. Thanks to my comfort briefs, I was not anxious about going to a toilet. We took a 2 hour flight to Nairobi. My brother met me after a long wait through Customs. We arrived at the serviced apartment we had rented after one hour and by the time we went in, it was around 12:30 pm, nearly 20 hours later since I had struggles with my incontinence briefs at the Toronto Pearson's International Airport. That was when I removed them. I was shocked that I had used only 3 products....the comfort briefs, top liner and one free panty liner which I had worn from Ottawa to Toronto. I never used my lotion or the 4 comfort brief and one top liner which i had stuffed in my carry-ons to use during the flight! What can I say? Thank you for your quality products which made my journey pleasant and worry-free, embarrassment free!!

Best nightime diaper for my husband, saves a lot of work.

These diapers have never failed me before, I've been able to literally wear these all day before running into any problems. They're comfortable, super absorbent, and very reliable. 9 out of 10 times I trust these over any other brand.

Holds several very heavy wettings without any leaks(urine/fecal), durable double taps, soft and comfortable, very thick with full padding from top of front to top of back, great 24/7 diaper. *not very discreet however*

Again... I think i have tried most of the adult diapers you can buy. These are my "go to" diaper. They are simply the best. They are the best fit, best comfort and best size.
