Background

We use your email address to inform you of product, account and shipment details. We may also send you newsletters, promotional announcements and consumer surveys. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of every email. Occasionally, we send our customers postal mail, using the shipping or billing address provided.

Use of Information

We use your telephone number only if there is an order-related issue, and occasionally to welcome new members or notify you of an account problem; we will not phone you for marketing purposes.

By using this site or the site at Healthwick.ca (https://www.healthwick.ca) (collectively, the "Site"), you accept these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of use, please do not use the Site. Healthwick.ca reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Please check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will mean you accept those changes.

USE OF CREDIT CARD

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental permission to use the Healthwick website. In making a purchase, you agree that you are the credit card holder for your account or have express permission of the cardholder to use their card as a payment method.

USE OF PAYPAL E-CHEQUES

If you're using the option of E-Cheques through PayPal, please note that it generally takes PayPal 3 to 5 business days to confirm payment to Healthwick, and your order will not be shipped until payment is confirmed. Therefore orders placed by PayPal E-Cheques may take up to 13 business days to arrive to you (5 business days for the e-cheque to clear + up to 8 business days for the postal service).

THIRD PARTY TRANSACTION FEES

Healthwick is not responsible for any outside transaction fees or charges that may be incurred by making a purchase through Healthwick.ca. This includes but is not limited to, NSF charges, foreign transaction fees, exchange rate costs, or any charge that is not directly invoiced through Healthwick.

BACKORDER/OUT OF STOCK

Although Healthwick makes every effort to maintain high inventory levels, some items may not be available at the time of your Healthwick shipment. If your selected product is out of stock, a customer service rep will contact you within 2 business days to advise you as to the estimated time to have your product ordered and shipped to you (generally 2-8 business days) and you will be given an opportunity to cancel your order or exchange it for a comparable product that is in stock if you wish.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will look into the matter. Upon conclusion, we will replace it at no cost to you.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Healthwick is committed to your privacy and will not share your email, address, or other information to any third party. You are responsible for ensuring your account login information and password are secure and for restricting access to your computer. Account login information is for individual use and should not be shared with anyone else.

MUTUAL RESPECT

Healthwick is committed to providing a professional and respectful customer service environment, both for our customers and for our staff. Healthwick reserves the right to refuse service to any potential or existing customer if we feel they are being abusive, disrespectful or unreasonable in their expectations of service. Use of profanity, vulgarity or coarse language when communicating with Healthwick staff will result in immediate suspension of communication and cancellation of any existing or future orders. Complaints regarding the communication from a Healthwick staff member can be directed to customercomplaint@healthwick.ca, where it will be reviewed by management.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY

We reserve the right to terminate your account at Healthwick.ca without notice for any reason. We make no representation or warranties of any kind on the Healthwick service, website or associated marketing activities. In no event will Healthwick be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
