I have tried several different brands of briefs. I am a size XXL and Prevail is literally the only brand true to size. I feel safe and confident wearing the Prevail briefs.

Not enough bottom coverage.
I am wearing the XL size of this item, and I'm glad I only ordered samples. There is insufficient bottom coverage. I do have a large bottom, but the Always briefs (my usual brand) provide full coverage, and have protected my clothing just fine during a recent bowel accident. These briefs would not, and I question how well they would contain any larger urine incidents if the wearer were lying down.

For me, I think that the absorbency is low. To wear an ordinary brief with an appropriate pad, less expensive, would be equivalent. Also, the brief tears easily. SOME COMMENTS in Amazon go in the same direction.
PS : it would be appreciated to be served also in French .....
