This product absorbs well and had no leaks for about 4 to 5 hours. My dad has tried many others and hated them all since it was only a 2 hour hold.

I used to get a different product that was highly recommended and popular, big brand name. The difference in price is not relevant any more, since the absorption level was poor at body and I had to use 2 booster pads and 2 bed protectors with no guarantee of a dry, quiet night, to say nothing of the mounds of daily laundry. These will work with one booster pad and one underpaid that I can reuse because... No more leaks. I am thrilled I get to sleep in a little, and mornings are so much more relaxed!

These fit very well and have amazing absorbency. I highly recommend these pull on underwear. If you have a heavy incontinence through the night or daytime these are the best. I would suggest trying a sample of the size you think will work best for you. I have tried other brands of pull on underwear and these are the very best.

I purchased this product for my father who requires sporadic daytime protection and nighttime protection. I love that I don't have to buy two different products for day/night, and that we can easily stock up with these, so Dad can use them as necessary. He finds them a great fit and protective against leaks. I purchased a size Large for his 36" waist, and he finds they fit nicely, but they do definitely stretch further if required! Only con is that they are expensive, yet while he isn't going through as many of them right now, it works for him. This product provides Dad superior protection and the best part is, he's comfortable wearing them.

this underwear product is very good. However, their resent increase in price is difficult to handle on a budget. The best thing about the whole process is the healthwick team who always provide the best care and attention.

My 13 year old son tried these as part of a free sample from Healthwick. We were trying to find something for his slender frame that would not leak for high volume bed wetting. Unfortunately this was so uncomfortable he pulled it down in his sleep so we couldn’t really tell how absorbent it could have been.

Healthwick recently published a list of extra effective pullup products. I purchased a number of these from various companies. Among these ABENA, ABRI-FLEX was the most comfortable, but NorthShore GoSupreme Underwear was the most absorbent. These are also comfortable, and I was astonished to find them so very absorbent. I'd love to keep buying them, but $29.99 for only 14 nights is too steep a price for me.

My mom has struggled to find a comfortable nighttime brief that is also super absorbent. She loved these from the first night and they work very well.

I bought this product for my mother, but it was no good, the urine ran right down her leg and also wet the bed. She did not like it at all.

Great absorbency with more coverage than some other brands. Good sizing. Great to have the rip off sides for people with limited mobility.

I am a smaller framed female and these fit perfect in crotch with no leakage. Waist a little small but sizing up too much. May be expensive but I find they hold urine better

Size small fit well but very tight getting waist over hips. Legs were the best to avoid leakage in the back. A bit pricey for my budget.

I gave this product 2 stars due to the price and the item leaks around the legs. Yes I had the right size. The product is very secure on the body but that is where it ends.
